Enhancement Process

    Each regional user group can submit a Top 15 Enhancement Request list for CIF 20/20. Within CIF 20/20  there are some core auxillary products as well. Each regional group can also submit 2 enhancement requests for the following core complimentary products.
  • Enhanced Statements
  • Enhanced Loan Servicing
  • Loan Collateral Tracking
  • Mutual Funds Sweep
  • Tickler System
    For other JHA complementary products, each licensed institution can key in up to 5 enhancement requests for each of the following complementary products into the ESP system.

  • Net Teller
  • Passport
  • Silhouette/Pinpoint
  • Streamline
  • Super IMAGE
  • Synapsys
  • TimeTrack
  • Vertex

New JHA Clients Only Portal

The Clients Only Portal was created as a virtual doorway into an area of Jack Henry’s website.  You can view news, downloads, and announcements on the portal.  But perhaps the best feature is the case management link to jSource.  This section summarizes recent support cases by your bank. By clicking the case number you can view details and the status of the case.  In addition to the case summary, you can create a new support call by clicking  Create New Case which will take you to opening a new case.  This method is much easier than placing a call by phone.  If you have not signed up for this great feature yet, your bank’s main contact with Jack Henry will need to request it.

Sign up for Jack Henry’s Opt-In

Opt-in is a great way to stay up to date on Jack Henry products and information, especially the regulatory and compliances updates. JHA no longer mass emails the regulatory/compliance updates unless the customer has opted in for the information. We highly recommend this great tool. To sign up, go to www.jackhenry.com/optininfo
